Hi, I'm Wendy, a trauma-informed therapist committed to helping clients ages 16 and older navigate the complexities of life. Whether you're dealing with childhood abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or loss, I’m here to offer support with dignity and respect. I have a special passion for working with those on the autism spectrum, individuals dealing with Cassandra Syndrome, and couples in neurodivergent marriages.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Chamberlain University and extensive experience, including work with veterans, individuals experiencing dementia and their caregivers, as well as patients coping with PTSD, grief, and loss, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our sessions. My clinical approach is rooted in person-centered and strengths-based methods, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs while honoring your inherent strengths.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration (LI), Polyvagal Regulation, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to help you regain a sense of peace and control in your life, while supporting your personal growth and identity development.
As a mother of five and a grandmother, I understand the value of support during life’s transitions. I’m here to help you on your journey, providing a safe and empowering environment where you can explore and overcome the challenges you face. It’s an honor to be a part of your healing process.
